REFUND & RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items.

SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days after the product is received in the CHH studio.

  • You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected], unless it has already shipped.
